Job Summary:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who will primarily focus on managing and tracking the performance of our social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about digital marketing, have a strong understanding of social media trends, and a passion for driving engagement through creative content. You will work closely with the marketing team to help grow our brand presence and track the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing and updating the company’s social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Content Creation: Help create engaging posts, images, videos, and other content for social media to boost user interaction and brand visibility.
- Campaign Tracking & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, providing regular updates and performance reports.
- Community Engagement: Assist in responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers to build a strong online community.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in social media marketing and suggest new strategies for improving performance.
- SEO Assistance: Support in the implementation of basic on-page SEO practices for social media posts and company website content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles (preferably tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Strong communication, writing, and content creation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, and other social media analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of social media advertising and paid campaign management.
