Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and manage digital marketing efforts independently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including lead generation, SEO, paid advertising, and social media management. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns individually to drive brand awareness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Independently plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to generate leads and increase conversions.
- SEO Strategy: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic, working autonomously to achieve results.
- Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team or work individually to create SEO-optimized blogs, articles, and other digital assets.
- Social Media Management: Independently handle and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Analytics & Reporting: Independently track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and provide insights for optimization.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns and social media strategies on your own for better ROI and engagement.
- Brand Visibility: Develop and execute strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement through independent planning and execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience (at least 6 months) in digital marketing, including SEO, social media management, and paid advertising campaigns
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
- Experience with running paid ads on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with content marketing and email marketing strategies
- Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Amazon seller account or Similar.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Understanding of website Blog.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry.
