Scope of Refund Policy –
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Grin Technologies, including but not limited to web design, apps development, e-commerce websites, and design services (collectively referred to as the “Services”).
Refund Eligibility –
2.1 Services Delivered: Refunds will only be considered for services that have not been delivered or completed as specified in the project proposal or agreement.
2.2 Mutual Agreement: Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases where both parties mutually agree that the Services provided do not meet the agreed-upon specifications or quality standards.
Refund Process –
3.1 Requesting a Refund: Clients seeking a refund must submit a written request detailing the reasons for the refund to [operations@grintechindia.com].
3.2 Evaluation: Grin Technologies will review the refund request and assess its validity based on the project scope, deliverables, and any agreed-upon terms.
3.3 Refund Approval: If the refund request is approved, Grin Technologies will initiate the refund process within [15] business days. The method of refund will be determined by Grin Technologies and may include a reversal of the payment or other mutually agreed-upon methods.
Non-Refundable Services –
4.1 Work Already Completed: No refunds will be provided for services that have been completed and delivered, as per the project agreement.
4.2 Third-Party Costs: Any third-party costs incurred by Grin Technologies on behalf of the client, such as software licenses or domain registrations, are non-refundable.
Modification of Services –
Clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns or dissatisfaction with the Services during the project timeline Grin Technologies will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve issues to the satisfaction of both parties.
Changes to the Refund Policy –
Grin Technologies reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
