About the Role
Grin Technologies is looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive in Nagpur to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing activities, social media platforms, SEO, paid advertising, and online promotion of the company’s products and services.
The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Meta Ads, content strategy, campaign management, and digital analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts.
- Create and implement social media strategies to improve engagement and brand visibility.
- Perform SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page optimization.
- Plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Develop strategies for product and service promotion through digital channels.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate with content and design teams for marketing creatives and campaigns.
- Track digital marketing performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms, and platform updates.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Good understanding of Social Media Marketing.
- Practical knowledge of SEO.
- Experience with Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram advertising.
- Understanding of product/service promotion and online branding.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and marketing tasks effectively.
- Experience working in an IT or Technology company will be an added advantage.
